I recently had the pleasure of staying at Up Hotel in Vic and was truly impressed by the exceptional service and facilities. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist Josep Maria warmly welcomed us and provided valuable insights on the area. The room was immaculate, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail, such as the complimentary cold drinks in the mini-bar, added a special touch to our stay, especially appreciated in the heat. The availability of an electric kettle and tea facilities made us feel right at home. The hotel's proximity to the vibrant El Mercadal area made exploring the city a breeze, and the overall experience surpassed all my expectations. I highly recommend Up Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and delightful stay in Vic.
